Careful planning of the site for the 2 offices had to be achieved while maintaining the existing footprint of the current office on site. It was fortunate the existing office was to the rear of the property. The design of the main office to the street frontage was designed to include a lot of current modern edge finishes while also incorporating solar principles to make it energy efficient. The floor plan was designed over 2 levels with the ground floor space being allocated for the entry and the storage of building materials behind garage doors that kept it hidden and neat. The upper floor was designed with all the necessary offices, meeting rooms and staff amenities. The upper floor area gave this building company a lot more structured floor space with a lot more space, light and openness.
