The process was streamlined and seamless for this young family’s home from the initial client Design Brief to Concept Design. Now it’s over to the Town of Mosman Park for DA approval, following this, the next phase of Construction Drawings and Interior Design will commence.

This understated sophisticated home is currently under construction for one of our lucky clients in the leafy streets of Dalkeith. Being on a quarter acre block has allowed this design to sprawl over a single storey design for this young family of four with all the latest features. This home is due for completion in mid 2022

This design is over 3 levels and boasts a four car garage at front street level. Open plan living fronting onto a street facing balcony with river glimpses as well as a connection to the internal northern core outdoor pool and living area.
